    Is a deposit required?
    Yes. A deposit is required to secure your charter date. The remaining balance is due prior to departure.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made within the timeframe outlined in our booking policy. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable in the event of weather-related cancellations.

  • What happens if the weather is bad?
    Safety is our top priority. If weather or water conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or provide alternative options.

    Is the boat safe for children?
    Yes. Life jackets are provided for all guests, and child-sized life jackets are available upon request.

    Do we need boating experience?
    Not at all. Your charter includes an experienced captain who handles all navigation and safety.

  • What should we bring?
    We recommend sunscreen (reef-safe if possible), sunglasses, towels, snacks, and drinks. Please avoid glass containers.

    What should we wear?
    Comfortable clothing, swimsuits, and non-marking shoes are ideal. Barefoot is also welcome onboard.
