  • How do I book a charter?
    Charters can be booked directly through our website. If you have questions before booking, feel free to reach out and we’ll help you choose the best option for your group.

    Is a deposit required?
    Payment is required in full when checking out. 10% will be kept as a non refundable retainer, as outlined in our agreements. We do offer payment plans such as After Pay.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made within the timeframe outlined in our booking policy. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable in the event of weather-related cancellations.

  • What happens if the weather is bad?
    Safety is our top priority. If weather or water conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or provide alternative options.

    Is the boat safe for children?
    Yes. Life jackets are provided for all guests, and child-sized life jackets are available upon request.

    Do we need boating experience?
    Not at all. Your charter includes an experienced captain who handles all navigation and safety.

  • What should we bring?
    We recommend sunscreen lotion (non-aerosol spray if possible), sunglasses, towels, snacks, and drinks. Please avoid glass containers.

    What should we wear?
    Comfortable clothing, swimsuits, and non-marking shoes are ideal. Barefoot is also welcome onboard.

    Is there a bathroom on board?
    No

  • Can we bring alcohol?
    Yes, alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. Consumption must be responsible.

    Are food and drinks allowed?
    Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages.

    Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is prohibited on the vessel.

  • Where does the charter depart from?
    Our primary pickup location is Mahogany Mill Boat Ramp, Pensacola, FL. Additional pickup locations may be available upon request.

    How early should we arrive?
    Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

    Is parking available?
    Parking information will be provided with your booking confirmation.

  • How many people can the boat accommodate?
    Capacity depends on the specific vessel and is limited by Coast Guard regulations.

    What types of charters do you offer?
    We offer a variety of private charters including cruises, sandbar trips, dolphin tours, and custom experiences.
